On your Kentico Xperience admin site, navigate to the Constant Care application.

Hint: Use the F2 key to open the application list, then type "Constant Care" to find it quickly.

Verify that the application is loading correctly and that there are no visible issues. If you experience any issues, you can review the Event Log.
