Siteimprove widget not displaying information after login

Steps

  • Enable CMS Plugin

Enable CMS Plugin

If the Siteimprove plugin in Kentico is not displaying any information after you have installed and logged in, you may need to enable the plugin in your Siteimprove settings:

Login to Siteimprove > Settings > CMS plugin > Agree to the terms and conditions > Save

Note: You may need to re-login to the plugin widget in the Kentico pages application after you have enabled the plugin in the Siteimprove dashboard.
